Overview

Lindian's principle projects are currently the Dinguiraye Pt-Ni-Cu Project located approximately 400km north east of Conakry in the central region of Guinea and the Bafwasende Gold / Diamond Project located in the Province Orientale in the northeast region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Lindian Resources Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Philips as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
The Company also wishes to advise that Mr Greg Smith has resigned as a director, effective immediately due to health reasons. The Company also advises that Mr Patrick Flint has resigned as a director, effective immediately.
